Beauty Express Online offers a range of ways for you to find what you are looking for.

We launch our latest version of 'The Beauty Book' at the start of every year. Can I order online if I have a credit account?
Yes, A trade account gives you the spending power to buy what you need when you need it and however you wish to shop, be it online or via the catalogue. There are also exclusive benefits for our account customers.

Simply enter your credit account number in the 'Pay by Credit Account' field at checkout (Please note: credit facility must be pre-arranged).

Your credit account number is located at the top of your invoice under 'CUSTOMER No.'

Signing Up/ My Account

My Account
If you have completed the online registration form you will have an online account with Beauty Express. Here you can change your password,  e-mail address , and personal details. Furthermore you can view your order history with Beauty Express and manage your address book details.

We advise if you have not ordered with Beauty Express for some time then to check your details are up-to-date on My Account e.g. email address. This helps for future enquiries and reduces the risk of delay with your order.

Do I need to sign up to place an order?
Yes, to make a purchase from our web site, you must complete the on-line registration form.
You can do so through the My Account page by entering your details under the 'New Online Customer?' fields.

How do I sign up for the Beauty Express eNewsletter?
We recommend customers set up an online account to receive our eNewsletters. During the sign-up process you will be given the option to opt-in to our list. You don't have to purchase when you register for an account, however when you do decide to shop, you will be one step ahead!

How do I cancel my online account with Beauty Express?
If you wish to cancel your account with Beauty Express please email with 'CANCEL ACCOUNT' in the subject line. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. To help Beauty Express improve their service please detail why you will be cancelling your account with us.

How do I change my delivery address to an alternative address?
You can change your delivery address through your My Account. The option 'My Address Book' enables you to view, edit, add or delete addresses.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?
Beauty Express has a Password assistance service on the website. Enter your e-mail address under the 'Forgotten Password?' field which can be found on the Sign Up page.

Shortly after, you will receive an email with a link to enter a secure area of our website where you can reset your password.

Technical Problems

I can't sign into My Account
If you enter the correct email address and password and you are still unable to login then please do the following to resolve the matter:

Clear your cookies on your web browser
Each web browser differs in regards to their toolbar and options. For Internet Explorer users please 
Select 'Tools' from the toolbar and then 'Internet Options'. From this you can clear your cookies directly or through your browsing history.
If you use another type of web browser please select help from the toolbar and search for the term 'cookies'.

Once your cookies have been cleared please restart your web browser and enter your login details once again on the Beauty Express sign-in page. You should now login successfully.

I am not receiving any emails or eNewsletters from you
If you are not receiving our eNewsletters then there is the possibility our emails are being sent to your junk folder. To avoid this, please ensure you add to your e-mail address book. This will guarantee all our e-mails will be delivered straight to your inbox.

I have seen a product in your catalogue but cannot find it on the website
The search field located at the top of the website is an easy way to locate any products you are seeking. You can search by entering keywords related to the product or by using the six digit catalogue code.

When searching for items that contain a size i.e. Tunic. Try entering the 6 digit catalogue followed by the size. E.g. black tunic with purple satin ribbon size 18 has catalogue code - 688037/18

How do I pay for my order?

Credit / Debit Card
Payment in full is required to be made by any of the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or Delta through this web site prior to despatch of goods.

If you have a preapproved credit account with us please select and enter your credit account number at checkout.
If you also have a purchase order number please enter this too.

Where a credit agreement exists between you and us, payment in full in cleared funds is required to be made no later than 30 days from the date of our invoice.


Further orders will not be dispatched whilst a balance is outstanding.

What are Beauty Express promotion codes?
Promotion codes give you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers and discounts.
Often sent to you by email or post, these codes may give you money off products, delivery or even free gifts. Quote the code at your basket.

Where do I find promotion codes?
We email all customers subscribed to our eNewsletter notifying them of the code and the promotions on offer. This is why we recommend you sign up to our eNewsletter.

In addition, all promotions are displayed throughout the website quoting the code and offers available, so keep your eyes peeled!

Customers registered through the sales team will receive a flyer by post.

How do I use my promotion code?
Located at the bottom of your basket is a field called 'Promotional Codes'. Please enter your promotion code here and click on the 'apply' button. All discounts which apply to your items will be shown in your basket with the deduction. Only one discount can be used per transaction and can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Can I order from Beauty Express if I am not a trained professional?
NO, Trade Only. Products and product information available on this web site are intended for qualified professional beauty therapists, nail technicians and hairdressers only and are for sale on a strictly business to business basis. Customers should be competent in using the products sold on this website.  Beauty Express will not be held responsible for any injury or damages in unqualified users of our products.

At present we are unable to add to an existing order placed on online. In the event that you have missed something from your order please place another order online.  Or alternatively please call our sales team who will be happy to take your order and will endeavour to have both orders sent out together.

Must I be present for delivery?
Orders are mostly sent through courier and therefore require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Delivery Information

When will my order be delivered, and how much will it cost?

Orders will be processed and despatched subject to credit card and address details being correct.

Free delivery on orders over  £50 / €75 ex vat.*

UK Orders under £50 ex vat delivery will be charged at £3.75 ex vat.*

ROI Orders under €75 ex vat delivery will be charged at €7.50 ex vat.*

Delivery on products purchased during VAT Free events and promotions may take longer, please allow 3 to 5 working days for despatch.

Other Areas

  • Channel Islands: all orders - 2 / 3 days - £10.00 per box*
  • Isle of Man: all orders - 3 days - £10.42 per order up to 25kg*

*Excluding heavy or large items and college kits. Individual delivery charges will be shown at your basket. Delivery times exclude weekends. Prices exclude VAT. Please note we do not display real time stock, therefore any items not delivered to you will be held on backorder for you and shipped as soon as they become available. Some furniture orders may take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith. Beauty Express can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be to the address advised in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.

Do you do next day delivery?

Next day delivery: Orders must be received by 4pm Monday to Friday to be delivered the next working day. Next day delivery is for UK Mainland only and only applies to items that are in stock. Delivery to other areas, including Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, may take up to two working days. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched the next working day.

What courier companies do Beauty Express use?
Depending on your order the most suitable courier will be chosen from: Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Bullet Express.

We do not identify which courier will be used in particular to your order.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in original condition, unworn or unused and sent back to us with its original packaging.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

You must contact our sales team to obtain an authorisation code before returning the item.

I have received  faulty or incorrect goods
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact us by email or in writing within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods and provide us with your order reference number. We will have the goods returned to us and pay the cost of the return shipping. If we do not receive notification within 48 hours, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
